    Koo’s book on recessions/depressions is the keeper. “Holy Grail of Macroeconomics….” Professionally top-notch organization of material. Same for the graphs. Same for judicious use of repetition to show what we can expect to recur. No prior Econ101+ required for understanding.

  5. Very important to always remember that dollars are created ONLY by the Federal Reserve Board. Everything that happens after money is keyed into NY Fed account is automatically balanced in the private economy by double-entry accounting (every debit has to be someone’s credit). Debt is not money. It is one-half of a contract.
